About Beaver County Court Docket

Beaver County court dockets are divided among the Beaver District Court, the Fifth District Juvenile Court, and the justice courts in Beaver, Milford, and Minersville. Each court keeps its own file. This private reference site helps readers identify the right Utah Courts search, calendar, clerk, address, or phone number without treating the County Clerk/Auditor as the judicial record keeper.

Why We Built This Site

Utah permits access to many court dockets and case files, but access starts with the court that owns the record. A docket, called a summary or extended case history in Xchange, is the running record of parties, filings, settings, and outcomes. Utah Courts Xchange brings public district and justice court data together. Court Calendars handles scheduled events, while MyCase serves eligible parties. This site organizes those official routes and the court-specific contact details for Beaver County.

What This Site Provides

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Beaver County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

Limits of This Resource

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Utah court, court clerk, or government agency. Its limits are clear:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
