Find Beaver County Court Dates

Start a Beaver County court calendar check with the statewide Utah Courts calendar page, then pick the right court location for this county. The calendar is the schedule of upcoming hearings, not the story of a whole case. It tells you when a matter is set, where it will be heard, and who is assigned to it, and it may list remote-hearing directions. What it cannot tell you is whether the hearing actually happened or how the case finally resolved. After reading a setting, compare it against the case history in Xchange, and call the court clerk to confirm any late change. That one phone call settles doubts a calendar listing never can.

The Beaver County Court Calendar

Utah Court Calendars is the official route to any Beaver County court calendar. It offers separate schedules for Beaver District Court and Beaver County Justice Court. Updates post on weekdays at about 5:30 a.m. Each list covers a chosen date and location. It may name cases, attorneys, and charges. Still, the whole thing remains a setting list, nothing more. Xchange plays a different role entirely, showing the case history recorded in CORIS.

The calendar itself is free to use. Pick the court with care. District and justice settings do not share one Beaver County calendar. Felonies, class A misdemeanors, and general civil matters sit at Beaver District Court. Traffic matters, infractions, class B or C misdemeanors, ordinance violations, and small claims usually land in a justice court. When in doubt, let the caption, the citation, or the Xchange result make the choice for you.

The official Beaver County court calendar screen lays out the location choices. It also carries the weekday update notice:

Beaver County court calendar search controls on Utah Courts

Those controls fold the location and date into the result itself. Save both details with any Beaver County calendar note you keep.

Beaver Calendar Versus Case History

The calendar and the case history answer different questions. A calendar line tells you what is scheduled to happen in Beaver County court. The case history in Xchange tells you what court staff have actually entered. A hearing set for next month can show up on the calendar long before any minute entry lands in the history. Continuances cause the opposite gap. The history may still list an old date after the live calendar has moved on.

Check both. Take the case number and court from the calendar. Then run a Beaver County case search and read the proceedings for a reset, an order, or a disposition. If the two displays disagree, call the clerk at once. A blank screen means nothing about the case itself. So does a glitch, or a no-results message. Cases are not dismissed because a lookup fails.

Note: Save the date, time, court location, and exact query you used. A live Beaver County calendar can change at any point.

How to Find Your Court Date

Knowing the court handling the case speeds things up. Your Beaver County court date hides in one of several channels. Check the statewide page or the full calendar first. The Xchange history, the courthouse counter, and the court's telephone line also work. If you have a lawyer, counsel can confirm a hearing setting for a represented party. No city-run calendar portal exists here.

  1. Open Utah Court Calendars and choose Beaver District Court or Beaver County Justice Court. Record the displayed date and location.
  2. Search with a case number, party name, judge, attorney name or bar number, or date.
  3. Save the case number, date, time, judge, location, room or remote information, and listed attorney or charge fields.
  4. Check the Full Court Calendars view or Xchange when a narrow search is blank.
  5. Confirm by phone or at the counter: District Court, (435) 438-5309; Beaver Justice Court, (435) 438-6470; Milford, (435) 387-5571; Minersville, (435) 386-2586.
  6. Recheck the Beaver County calendar and any notice from the court or attorney before appearing.

The Full Court Calendars form adds location, judge, date, and attorney controls:

The broader form catches settings a narrow daily query might hide. Even so, review the selected court and the displayed date before trusting the result.

Beaver Justice Calendar Results

The Beaver County Justice Court calendar page presents a search form, a return link, a print option, and sort controls. A location label and a no-results message appear too. An empty result speaks only to that one query. It does not mean the justice court has no cases at all. Change the date. Drop a filter, and check the full location calendar first.

The official Beaver County Justice Court result shows what an empty date-specific result looks like:

Beaver County Justice Court calendar no-results screen

That screen answers for one query on one day, nothing wider. A citation may belong to Milford or Minersville Justice Court instead, or sit outside public calendar access.

Reading a Beaver Court Setting

Treat every Beaver County setting as a bundle of identifiers, not a name match. Similar names are common. Confirm the location and case number first. Only then rely on the hearing time or any remote directions. Judge assignment can change, and sorting only changes how the list looks.

DateThe scheduled day, not the filing, violation, or disposition date.
TimeThe listed start or docket time; confirm whether it is individual or grouped.
CourtroomThe room, court location, or remote setting information.
JudgeThe assigned or presiding officer; assignments may change.
Setting TypeThe event label, such as arraignment, pretrial, hearing, trial, review, or sentencing.
Case NumberThe identifier used to cross-check Xchange and clerk records.
LocationThe district or justice court that determines whom to call.

A charge is an allegation, never an outcome. A hearing label says what was scheduled, not what was decided, so read the later proceedings, disposition, and judgment entries before calling a result.

Beaver Remote Calendar Access

Utah Courts posts remote-hearing guidance on its calendar pages and its Fifth District pages. A Beaver County calendar entry may include a link. If none appears, contact the judge's team or the court directly. A missing link settles nothing about remote appearance. Nor do you need a MyCase account simply to attend an authorized remote hearing.

Watching a proceeding and recording it are separate rights. UCJA Rule 4-401.02 bars recording, photographing, and transmitting proceedings, electronic ones included. Follow the current access instructions and do not record a stream. The Fifth District location offers wireless access. That is no promise of remote attendance for any given setting.

Resets, Continuances, and Cancellations

A continuance moves an event. A reset gives it a new date. A vacated or cancelled setting removes that event from the schedule. None of these terms means the Beaver County case ended, and the live calendar can shift before a completed minute entry appears while the history keeps the old event.

Recheck the exact location and the dates around it. Compare Xchange proceedings against any written notice you received. If a setting vanished or official displays conflict, call the clerk, who can confirm the current schedule; Xchange support handles system problems, not scheduling decisions.

Note: Never read a blank calendar, a timeout, or a moved setting as proof of dismissal or final disposition.

Preserving Beaver Calendar Evidence

A good calendar note lets anyone rerun the search. Write down the court, the displayed date, the capture time with its zone, the mode, the terms you entered, and the order of the results. Then save the entry itself. That means the case number, case name, time, judge, room or remote notation, and any attorney or charge field. Also note the type of screen you saw. Was it a landing page, a full calendar, a daily result, or a no-results screen?

Beaver District Court posts a direct daily calendar. The official Beaver District calendar endpoint is the straightest route for a Beaver County court docket check. If the page times out, fall back on the statewide calendar and the clerk. Never record a result you did not see. Instead, mark whether the page timed out, redirected, loaded only its interface, or returned a date-specific list.

Keep the query and the interpretation apart. Pair any saved image with the URL, page title, selected court, displayed calendar date, capture time, and filter values. Record both orders if you changed the sorting. That separation tells the court's data from your notes.

Recheck any same-day or future Beaver County setting close to the time you need it. Dynamic entries can move. A saved calendar is not a permanent certificate of what happened, so the clerk and the later case-history minute entry are the follow-up path.

Missing a Beaver Court Setting

Missed your Beaver County court date? Act fast. Contact the clerk for the court named on the citation or setting. Contact counsel too if you are represented. Ask whether the court entered a failure to appear. A warrant, a new date, or an order may also be on file. Payment, a sent form, or an empty calendar does not resolve the matter.

Missed a Setting? A missed Beaver County appearance can cause a failure-to-appear entry, warrant, fee, or other court action.

Call the correct clerk at once and ask what the case history and current calendar require.

Legal advice about a warrant, plea, or required appearance should come from a licensed attorney.

Go by the precinct printed on a justice citation. Milford's address differs across official sources, so call before you travel. District cases belong with Beaver District Court, not the county Clerk/Auditor.

Beaver County Calendar Locations

Location matters in a Beaver County calendar search. Beaver District Court and Beaver Justice Court share one public address, 2270 South 525 West. They are still separate courts. Each has its own clerk and its own case categories. Milford and Minersville Justice Courts also keep their own limited-jurisdiction settings. Ask for the court by name when you call a shared building or county office.

A citation should name the justice court that received it. Xchange can confirm the location once the case is entered. Milford's counter address conflicts across official sources. Call before you travel. The Utah Courts calendar remains a dependable route. So does the local clerk, for any Beaver County docket search.
